How Do I Get Started?
Congratulations! You have taken the next step toward the best radio creative experience possible. The Radio Lounge creative process is a very simple and effective process. A radio marketing commercial from Radio Lounge, combined with an effective radio schedule, can at least DOUBLE YOUR CHANCE OF RADIO ADVERTISING SUCCESS. Here’s how it works.First, we setup a time to contact you and discuss your goals, needs and challenges and the needs and challenges of your potential customer. This is where the proprietary Radio Lounge creative brief comes in to play. We find out information to such questions as –
- Who is your potential customer?
- What wants/needs are important to your customer? Their joys? Their challenges?
- How does your company satisfy these important needs/wants?
..and more.
Remember, CUSTOMERS BUY WITH EMOTION AND JUSTIFY THEIR PURCHASE WITH LOGIC.
What ways we can reach your potential customer’s hot buttons?
And most importantly…the singular focus of the ad-
“WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU ABOVE ANY AND ALL OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO THEM IN YOUR CATEGORY?”
Next, our staff of award winning writers develops three concepts based on this information. We develop three different concepts designed to touch the customer emotionally. You will receive these concepts usually within a day or two of the informational phone call. These ideas will range from fairly straight-forward approaches, to more unique ideas.
We might use stories, humor, testimonials…we might make use of humorous exaggeration to make a point - just a couple of the endless different conceptual approaches that have brought success to Radio Lounge clients over the years.
No matter what the creative, there is always a singular focus intertwined in the story. This singular focus is the reason someone will contact you/visit your site/call you, etc. And of course, the call to action - clearly letting the customer know what action to take next.
You then select the concept that best fits your business, and Radio Lounge develops a script. We send the script to you and a script approval form via email. Here is where changes and tweaks to the creative must happen. After you signoff on the finished script, the audio production phase begins. Once the script is signed/approved and audio production starts, any changes to the commercial may acquire additional changes.
The talent is selected, the Radio Lounge studio is booked, and the spot comes to life is any of our many digital multi-track recording facilities.
We deliver audio for you to approve. You can listen to the audio and approve, or send back to us for further changes if necessary.
Once the audio is exactly to your liking, simply let us know that you are ready to accept the produced audio. Upon payment your finalized broadcast spot is released for distribution. Simple as that! Now, you’re ready to launch your radio advertising campaign.
